Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

  • Appointment Booking: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking massage services.

  • Full Payment and Tip: Customers may choose to pay the full amount, including any tip, either at the time of booking or after the service.

  • Coupon Code Usage: Gift certificates, massage packages, and specials or promotions will generate a unique code that can be entered into the “Coupon Code” field at checkout. Only one code may be used per purchase, and codes cannot be combined (e.g., certificates, packages, specials, or promotions).

Cancellation Policy

  • If a cancellation is completed more than 24 hours before the appointment, customers may request a full refund of their deposit or have it applied to a future booking. Contact (763) 688-4896 or support@urskilled.com if you wish to hold your deposit for future use.

  • For cancellations made 24 to 1 hour(s) prior to the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited unless the customer chooses to reschedule.

  • For cancellations made less than 1 hour prior to the appointment or in the case of a no-show, 100% of all funds, including deposits, gift certificates, and massage package values, will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via their appointment reminders, sent via email.

Gift Certificates

  • General Terms: Gift certificates purchased from James Treptau Massage Therapy are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Redeeming Certificates:

    • Gift certificates must be redeemed by booking through the James Treptau Massage Therapy website or associated links. They are not valid for bookings made through the Hair Architects Salon and Day Spa website or its links.

    • The gift certificate code must be entered into the "Coupon Code" field at checkout to apply its value.

    • Gift certificate value cannot be combined with any other discount code.

  • Cancellation Policy: Appointments booked using gift certificates are subject to the standard cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the certificate's value in whole or in part.

  • Transferability: The certificate code is transferable to another person but retains its original value.

  • Support: If you experience issues using your gift certificate, contact support@urskilled.com for assistance.

Massage Packages

  • General Terms: Massage packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Redeeming Packages:

    • Packages must be redeemed by booking through the James Treptau Massage Therapy website or associated links. They are not valid for bookings made through the Hair Architects Salon and Day Spa website or its links.

    • The massage package code must be entered into the "Coupon Code" field at checkout to apply its value.

    • Massage package value cannot be combined with any other discount code.

  • Cancellation Policy: Appointments booked using a massage package are subject to the standard cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session's package value.

  • Transferability: The package code is transferable to another person but is valid only for the number of massages and the modality(ies) purchased.

User Accounts

  • Login Area: The login area is designed to streamline your booking process for future appointments. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Account Usage: Your account is for personal use only and must not be shared.
