EXPERIENCE

“Had a lymph drainage massage recently and honestly felt weirdly amazing afterwards, followed by lots of 💩  - then felt amazing again.

It's a unique massage to get, as the movements are rather slow as the therapist sits, moving to each key flow point in a specific order (starting at your left armpit, moving down and going up the right side), where they gently do circular motions stimulating the area to get the lymph system moving more efficiently.

I was told my lymph system was so sluggish that the massage took 40 more minutes than Jim (my husband and the massage therapist in Buffalo, MN) was expecting. I had 20 minutes left of a 2-hour massage to do some lower back MFR and Trigger Point after the initial full-body lymph drainage massage.” - Diana Treptau
